If you purchase a truck that weighs between 5,001 and 7,000 pounds GVW, it will be $148.75, and if it is a construction vehicle that is below 10,000 pounds GVW it is $123.75. When will you renew car registration? In Maryland, you can renew your car registration for either one year or two years. You have different options when it comes to renewing your vehicle registration through myMVA. You can renew registration online and put in your vehicle title and license plate number, or you can renew by phone, or by going to a myMVA kiosk.
